All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Damages
MIGGIES is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

You may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, as long as the sunglasses are in their original condition, unused, and free from any damage or scratches.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Packaging: Ensure that the sunglasses are securely packaged in their original packaging, including any accessories or documentation that came with the product.
- Shipping: Ship the sunglasses back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Inspection & Refund/Exchange: Once we receive the returned sunglasses and verify that they meet our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
Exclusions
Please note that certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Sunglasses that have been worn, damaged, or scratched.
- Sunglasses without their original packaging or accessories.
- Items returned after the 30-day return period.
